Single Wall Lube Tanks
Atlantic Fabritech's single - wall Lube Tanks are designed and engineered
to meet or exceed the requirements for your bulk oil storage. Atlantic Fabritech
manufacturers an extensive line of standard models, to meet the space restraints
that the lube industry has to conform to daily.
STANDARD FEATURES
- Unique design that minimizes the number of weld seams.
- 4" Channel supports welded to the bottom of the tank for conveience
of cleaning.
- Lifting lugs for easy unloading and placement of tanks.
- Exterior of each tank is chemically cleaned to assure the coating adheres
properly.
- 5 - 2 " heavy duty threaded fittings located on the top.
- 1 threaded fitting for emergency vent.
- 1 - 2" threaded fitting on one end for drain.
- 1 - 2" threaded fitting on lower front corner for manifolding if required.
- Primer coating.
- All tanks are built to underwriterís laboratories 142 standard and bear
the U.L.142 label.
Double Wall Tanks
When Double - Wall tanks are the choice, Atlantic Fabritech has a complete line
of industry standard sizes to choose from or we will custom design and fabricate
to your specifications.
STANDARD FEATURES
- Our DOUBLE-WALL design conserves space yet enables you to use tank electronic
monitoring equipment if required.
- Unique design that enables us to eliminate the number of weld seams.
- 4" channel supports welded to the bottom of the tank for easy cleaning
and inspections.
- Lifting lugs for easy unloading and placement of tanks
- We chemically clean each tank to insure that the coating adheres properly.
- 5 - 2" Heavy Duty threaded openings on the top of primary tank
- One threaded fitting for emergency venting per Underwriters Laboratories specifications
in primary tank.
- 2 - 2" threaded openings in the top of the secondary tank.
- 1 - 2" threaded opening located in one end for drain of primary tank.
- 1 - 2" threaded opening located in one end for drain of primary tank.
- Primer coating.
- All tanks are built in accordance with Underwriterís Laboratories standard
142.
